My home buying experience with LGI Homes was great from my first interaction until closing and beyond. My sales rep, Nick, was phenomenal. He guided me through the process, kept me informed all the time and made my home-buying experience hassle free and joyful. His professionalism and personable interactions every step of the way made me feel as if I was "his only client". And, after closing, he has continued to provide unparalleled customer service. Along with Ryan, another amazing sales rep, they truly understand the importance of "after purchase" service. My construction manager, Mike, was also amazing. He has been top notch even after the sale and closing on the home days, weeks and even months after the completion of our home. We had a small issue on communication after closing but they took accountability and fixed it immediately. That's great customer service! LGI is not just selling a product, they’re selling a home!

Nothing Else Compares
When we began our house hunting, LGI was the first place we looked. We met with the salesman, who quickly made LGI homes sounds too good to be true. Things like granite countertops throughout included, large lot sizes without lot fees, 2x6 construction, and preferred lender incentives like rate buy downs and covered closing costs. The homes we toured were exactly what we were looking for.
We shopped around with a couple other builders, but after touring the LGI homes, nothing else compared. To get the upgrades and lot size with any other builder would have been tens to hundreds of thousands more. LGI Homes aren't too good to be true, they're just doing smart, well-planned business.
The LGI Homes team all treated us with the utmost respect, worked diligently to ensure our closing was on schedule, and were quick to respond at all times of the day.
We are very thankful for the team at LGI and highly recommend them to anyone who is buying a home.

Everything Went Well

They Made the Process Super Easy
My representatives were both very communicative and on top of everything. If I had a question and they didn't know the answer, they figured it out right away and called me right back. They made the process super easy compared to what I’ve dealt with before, and that was the best part for me. I worked with a different loan officer before when I was trying to buy a house that somebody else had already owned, and in that process with the lady, it was very difficult.
LGI Homes is worth the money. Housing prices in Colorado have gone up so much, but I still feel like I got a fair deal on our house.

When we went in I was not even looking to move. I was looking with friends. They ended up buying a house here and I followed.
