Flexibility

The lease agreement will be a minimum of 12 months. However, this program will give you the flexibility when it is time for you to make the next step on the path to homeownership. You have the flexibility to terminate the remainder of the lease without penalty when you close on your new LGI home.

Down Payment Assistance

Finding money for your down payment just got easier. This program will allow you to use the security deposit from your lease agreement towards the down payment of your new home.

Building Credit

During the term of the lease agreement, you will have the option to participate in "Rent Reporting," powered by Buildium. This program allows renters an easy, effective and affordable way to build their credit history by directly reporting on-time, monthly rent payment activity to three of the major credit bureaus.
