When I first started looking into buying my first home I had no idea what it entailed, I did know I wanted to go through LGI mostly because of the community. We were introduced to this community by our realtor in Austin, we were looking for a home for our personal residence as well as an investment opportunity in a community that was new, with a warranty, and had upside potential. When we met with our New Home Consultant he was more than willing to roll out the red carpet, not only for us but for everyone who walked in the door. We looked at multiple homes we were interested in, he shared his in-depth knowledge of the LGI brand and his own desire to own a home in the community. With that information we decided to become residents. When we closed, the Construction Manager gave us the ultimate orientation walk throughout the properties. We purchased our first LGI Home back in 2020. Since then we have had zero issues and we love our home! The sales process was super smooth and efficient. Our New Home Consultant was extremely helpful and we hope to work with him again. Reading the negative reviews really has us asking ourselves this question: Are these negative people truly unhappy with LGI Homes, or unhappy with themselves for not qualifying? I've spoken with several people in our neighborhood and every single homeowner has nothing but great things to say. Even the families renting are working towards buying a LGI home once they fix their credit. We've noticed that LGI Homes' communities do sell out fast, whether it be to investors or homeowners. Either way, only SMART people buy/invest with home builders that have REAL VALUE in their product. No wonder LGI Homes is a Top 10 Builder and according to our sales rep will be a Top 5 builder very soon.

We have referred several friends and family to LGI Homes and we will continue to refer people!

I am a real estate agent who was recently tasked to find a home for my clients, who were living out of the country. I stumbled upon LGI Homes and from the moment I drove in to this affordable community, I felt this was a place buyers can get "the most bang for their buck!" Wide streets, attractive common areas, super fun playground/splash pad area—and that was all before I got to look at the houses!

The New Home Consultant took me on a tour of the area and showed me some available inventory where we found a fabulous floorplan for my clients, a cute young family with three little ones! The Rio plan has a bedroom for each of their children, a utility room upstairs where all of the laundry is generated, and some beautiful, modern finishes! Further, Luis could NOT have been more helpful throughout the homebuying process, which was a challenge from such a long distance. He checked in, was communicative, and was just plain NICE and friendly every time we spoke.

He really went above and beyond when they arrived to see their new home for the first time. I was unable to be there and he showed up and took pics/videos to share with me. All in all, I am super impressed with LGI Homes! Love my job—especially when I get to work with others in the industry who clearly love their job, too!
