Fall Festival

Our first community event was the Magnolia Woods Fall Fest, hosted at our LGI Homes information center in October. We celebrated the fall season with a pumpkin patch and fall treats from a local bakery. Families could play lawn games while listening to live country music. Children got their face painted, and played with cute farm animals in a petting zoo. The Fall Fest was a wonderful kickoff to what we hope will become a longstanding tradition of gathering, connecting, and celebrating together as the community continues to grow.

Upcoming Events

Santa Claus is coming to town! We’re kicking off the Christmas season with a Photos with Santa event on December 7, 2025. Enjoy treats and craft activities with your family, and meet other families in the area. We may even see some Texas snow!
