If your kids get hungry or thirsty during their games, they can grab a lemonade or plate of nachos from the bar!

  4. iFLY Houston Woodlands Location
A wonderful option for the adrenaline-rush seekers in your family, iFLY Houston provides a safe, secure environment to try skydiving for yourself or as a whole family. The staff at iFLY will walk you through the entire experience beforehand, so you will feel as comfortable and confident as possible before donning your flight suit and helmet and hopping into the wind tunnel.

While the number of flights you can take depends on the package that you and your family choose, the smallest package comes with two flights, so if you shut your eyes the first time or just want to go again, you can.

iFLY is a great option for when you want the thrill of a rollercoaster but do not have the time in your schedule to take the kids to a theme park.

  5. East Texas Elephant Experience
This attraction boasts an experience your children are sure to never forget. This piece of land hosts incredible creatures of different species, the most impressive of which being three rescued African elephants.

Paige, Krissy and Jeanie are truly the stars of the show, with much of the experience dedicated to interacting with them and learning more about their daily regime and activities.
You will have the chance to interact with the other animals that call the East Texas Elephant Experience home as well. This extended family includes two camels, a zebra and a herd of pygmy goats.

The East Texas Elephant Experience provides an enriching experience for children who are learning about the incredible beauty and strength of creatures near and far.

  6. Moorhead’s Blueberry Farm
Equal parts nature trip and educational experience, Moorhead’s Blueberry Farm will give your children a day pulled right from a fairy tale. Spanning twenty acres of lush land, Moorhead’s is home to over twenty different varieties of blueberries.

Not only can you enjoy the fresh berries you have picked, but several local businesses also use the berries grown at Moorhead’s in their desserts, so you can check these places out once you have picked your fill of berries for yourself.

This is a seasonal attraction, as blueberries can only grow in certain types of weather, so make sure that they are in season before heading down to the Farm!
